John Renbourn, the classic british folk singer and renowned guitarist played the small stage at the Skylight Exchange. Yo, Pentangle. This could have been a transcendent night of guitar.

Well not transcendent but lots of ringing guitar from an old master playing a loose amalgam of scottish folk,jazz, blues, etc.

Who else plays Abdullah Ibrahim (Dollar Brand) on guitar as well as Charlie Mingus's "Pork Pie Hat", blues, old british folk songs and originals folk songs and instrumentals.
